On arrival we ask that once you have parked your car you head over to reception where Millie will greet you. Here you will be asked to fill out a job card for your vehicle with basic information such as name, address, preferred telephone number and the reason you have booked your car in, for example Mot & service. Next comes handing over the keys which you can be rst assured are in safe hands.
During your vehicle inspection if we discover something that needs extra attention/ work we will always contact yourself for authorization before commencing any work If extra cost is involved again we will contact you beforehand with a quote.
Yes we are, we care deeply for the health and safety of not only our staff but customers also.
We have many steps in place to ensure this, such as:
Generally, your car Vehicle should be serviced once a year or every 10,000 – 12,000 miles. Depending on which comes first. A full service is highly recommended although if the vehicle is regularly serviced then a basic service will help to keep it running smoothly.
Carbon is produced due to incomplete combustion in the engine cylinders, this black shoot builds up layer upon layer and creates hardened carbon. This affects the smooth running of the engine and can cause many other issues to the engine components.
We use genuine carbon clean equipment, carried out by certified technicians.
Our carbon clean machine uses cutting edge HHO engine cleaning technology. Each machine uses electrolysis to split water moleclues into the composite elements of oxygen and hydrogen to produce HHO gas.
The HHO is fed into the engine through the vehicles ait intake valve to mix with the air and fuel in the combustion chambers of the engine. When the mixture ignites the HHO combusts at a much higher temperature than the fuel alone. This atomizes the carbon deposits which are expleed, harmlessly, in gaseous form through the exhaust system. A carbon clean is preformed on the vehicle.
This has been proven to improve fuel economy, restore vehicle performance and save money in the long run with your healthier engine.
Usually around every 300 miles or so the DPF will regenerate by super- heating the filter to burn off the contaminated particles that collect there as soot and ash. Most of the soot is then expelled through the exhaust as finer particles of harmless ash. However, it can be found that the regen process leaves residuel ash behind in the filter which builds up. This commonly causes a blockage which can reduce the performance of the vehicle or in some cases cause the vehicle to go into ‘limp’ mode.
We have two methods of carrying out a DPF clean.
The carbon clean DPF pro-clean treatment is a more thourough cleaning method for the DPF. In this method we remove the DPF from the vehicle and clean on machine. This method is done using electrolysis to split water molecules into the composite elements of oxygen and hydrogen to produce HHO gas. The water and DPF treatment is forced through the DPF with air pressure to clean out the blockage, this is repeated several times until the liquid coming out turns from black to clear indicating the carbon build up is cleared from the DPF.
Our second method is the FORTE machine. With this machine the DPF is cleaned insitu on the vehicle the flush is injected into the system to wash out all buildup via the exhaust system when the revs are increased. We recommend this for smaller build ups.
